Once Kobayashi fully devoured Takiya with her belly button, both she and Lucoa plopped down on her couch, their huge, wriggling tummies sloshing heavily from the motion. The two bloated girls rubbed their huge stomachs as their unwilling meals struggled helplessly inside. Lucoa asked Shouta if he would like to feel her belly, but the nervous boy, as usual, displayed his typical aversion to having any physical interaction with the engorged Quetzalcoatl.
As for Kobayashi, the bespectacled computer programmer was still in awe at the physical feat she had just performed, her belly button still tingling from the sensation of having another full-sized human being sucked into her stomach through it. She smiled at her squirming belly, the movement inside causing feelings of pleasure to course through her body.
But at the same time, Kobayashi couldn't help but wonder how she was going to explain Takiya's sudden absence from work to her boss the next day...

Because Takiya is taller than Elma, therefore he takes up more space.
Also, you have to remember that Kobayashi is shorter than both him and Lucoa.

something funny could have been tohru rubbing koboyashi belly saying she wants to help her belly relax. with the true meaning because she wants to feel her belly but is annoyed takiya is in there instead of her
