Zarya in this was built out of 5 different models, one for her head, a flexible one that can be adjusted to different body builds for her body, two copies of the same model for her shirt (of which one had the shoes she's using), and the pants.
The body model had a few 'chubby' and 'pregnant' flexes, which i used to pose and set up the raw render, which then went from there to photoshop where i painted over it a lil' bit and adjusted stuff to look good in the final image.
