You're in luck! Scientifically, there's not much of a real distinction between frogs and toads.

That isn't entirely true. Both types belong to the order Anura, but have some very distinct features. Toads tend to be more adapted to land dwelling, for instance, and usually are built for walking rather than jumping. They also usually have the "warts" on their skin, and most are poisonous to some degree. On the other hand, frogs are much more adapted for swimming and an aquatic lifestyle. Most species aren't poisonous and usually have a smooth skin and lack parotoid glands. The animal in the picture is definitely inspired by a toad, so I'd say it's a giant toad. I guess they're mostly stomach.
