Ilsa soon found that, while the tentacle/fingers that had replaced her hand were not very dexterous on their own, they produced a telekinetic field around their tips that could manipulate objects even better than her hand could have. Her new features also came with a surprise: She found that her appetite included a craving for the flesh of the demon larvae. Her imps informed her that - since demons were such prolific breeders - it was commonplace and even expected for demon larvae to feed on one another as they grew. The imps encouraged her to feed on their younger brethren and Ilsa gave in to their urging and her cravings sooner than she had expected. When she summoned a new larva to consume, she also discovered that her jaw now expanded to let her devour the larva whole.
