Grace/Gracie is a man in the Japanese version of Animal Crossing and his gender was changed because he was effeminate! I see Grace as a feminine man but if you see them as someone who identifies as a woman that's fine but this is intended to be a cismale Grace
and Nabenosuke is not their real name that's a joke about him being feminine his japanese name is simply Grace
