Don’t know why I can’t settle on drawing one OC but now I’ve got two more. Don’t have any names, but damn... I’m starting to like wolves more and more.
Here’s one female who’s just trying to relax a bit and her husband who never seems to lose his love of how she looks.

Can never have too many OC's. I have over 250 some myself XD

Whoa! 250+?!! That’s insane! I just go through phases of liking a certain type of character and as a result I end up drawing something that aligns with that. I guess you’re right!

I just really like making new characters and putting together interesting ideas X3
Also yes, 250 some. I'm too lazy to count all of them, but it's somewhere around there.

It can get a little addicting! There’s so many I’ve drawn on paper that have just never made it to the digital platform. With writing it may be even easier depending on the person!

Not really an artist myself. Have mostly stuck to writing characters myself. I wouldn't say it's 'easier' persay, but it does make it easier to make a character more in depth sincr it forces you to come up with a good stoty and such before getting a pic.

Oh, yes! I didn’t mean to say it was easier, just that, as you said, a more in depth character can be created with words than with pictures significantly faster than with any sort or artwork. I just enjoy vore artwork more than stories, but I have read some fantastic stories as well. Both are difficult to create in their own right.

Artwork certainly is more interesting in many ways. It offers good first impressions to characters. Gets you interested in them and such. Stories are also nice since they offer a more in depth look at a character. Me personally, I think "is it too much to ask for both" when I make my characters. Though of coursr it aleayd takes me a while to get a pic since I'm no artist myself. Gives me plenty of time to build the character though.

Yep! That’s why I always enjoyed cover art on books and such. That, along with the stories, were wonderful. Without it I can imagine a character, but the artwork made me believe it’s what the author intended for you to see. (And sleepy or not, no worries. I can understand you just fine).

Yeah, a good picture can really give you a good impression of a character. Can even tell you what they're like in some cases.

Mhmm! Exactly!

At thr same time though thr story helps by giving you a much more in depth look at them. Allowimg you to see how they grow and interact with others. Always have been a fan of good stories, even when doing vore RP's :V

I know what you mean. They’re great for gathering ideas! It helps with figuring how your character may act. (Of course, that’s all up to you!)

Mhm ^^
Me personally I tend to make characters rather quickly (in case it wasn't obvious by my absurd amount of them XD). I guess you could say I'm rather used to it by now :P

I know people tend to say “quality over quantity” in regards to many things, but it’s nice when you have a vast array of characters to choose from. Even if some of them aren’t fully developed!
Posted by skullcrusheramk 4 years ago Report
You can have both quantity and quality if you're careful enough about it. Me personally I do have quite a few character I'd rather not use again for various reasons, but most of them were made when I was moreso trying to please everybody else and not myself.

Well, the good thing about it being your character is that you can choose what to do with them! Put ‘em on a shelf to collect dust or shove them into the spotlight... as long as you enjoy it. I’ve had characters I’ve created that I did NOT like a week later. It’s weird how that works.

Yeah, weird.

I'm probably slowly starting to make less sense. Am getting sleepy.
