Bernadette has a problem. A somewhat embarrassing problem that only Thomas can help her with, at least she thinks so. As something has gotten lodged in her guts and is causing quite a lot of pain. So much so, that she overcomes her lingering distrust for the little human and begrudgingly asks him for what help he can offer.

Which, much to his dismay, means having to crawl inside her sizeable backside to go on the worlds most disgusting scavenger hunt. One that ends with him being rather… inconvenienced.
