A rather interesting question, if I'm honest.
I've occasionally considered the idea of a Pregnant Predator, although the logistics of it always put me off when I think about it too much, as you can obviously see here.
I've seen many artists do very satisfying versions of this idea (unlike my own) but I don't think it'd be something I'd do very often unless I really felt a strong urge.

Sorry for the weird, bad-sorta sketch, but it felt like the best way to answer! (Yes, I know that vore belly is VERY small and this sketch is just BAD. Don't think about it. Its just an terrible example)
