After her dream of being a hero were snuffed out by her hero All Might, Deku lost every bit of hope in her heart. Unfortunately for the world, that left a hole that would be filled only by hatred and wrath.
She became an apprentice of the Hero Killer Stain, aiding him in his hunts. After Stain was arrested, she was approached by the League of Villians. Despite her quirkless nature, she found a role as a cleaner and assassin within the group.
Once she learned of All for One and his intent to one day pass his power to Shigaraki, Deku challenged Shigaraki for the leadership of the League. After a brutal fight that cost her an eye, she stood victorious over Shigaraki’s dead body. She was chosen as the next wielder of All for One.
After obtaining AFO, she stole the powers necessary for her ultimate goal—Mt. Lady’s Gigantification and Suneater’s Manifest. She began her hunt, swallowing and digesting every top hero and stealing their powers.
The few hero students left now stand in front of her, watching as she swallows the last of the Pro Heroes. She slaps her belly and burps, car size droplets of milk dripping off of her mountainous breasts.
There was no stopping her now, the Era of Heroes was over.

I appreciate that! I’ve had her design sketched out for a while but could never quite get the scene right. Making her a giantess really helped. Villain Deku is such a cool (and strangely arousing) concept for me.
