Always like it when a caring woman unknowingly digests someone she cares about. Worried/looking for him later... clueless.
Or a mix of aware if pulled it off, knew she ate something, but not aware it was him. Like thought she ate a bug or if he was in a mouse costume... a mouse.
I have too many ideas floating in my head, it's been hard to decide.

Ohhh this is the end.... well, everything ends and this one ended in a great way. Nice panty shot in the start.
Expressions here really show mood of characters. Student's terrified face and Kawakami's sad face in the end. I also like his description of the stomach, specially part about how it burns.
Internal shots are good too, everything look slimy and unfinished food adds realism to it. Second shot with him going down the throat and her discussing his absence is a nice touch.
Lovely commission. I am sure commissioner enjoyed it greatly ! Also, I wonder if biting stomach walls would do any effect... not sure if your teeth would be alright considering acids. She would definitely feel it though.

Love detailed stomach shots too, the digestion, foodstuff, etc. If only could see him actually in state of digestion.

Not just when they start, but once it becomes graphic to look at too. Biology and nature aren't kind, he's going to be covered in acid burns in due time... then various parts of his body giving way to muscle tissue.
