It's some what later and Ida has fallen asleep on her couch, her large foodbaby slowly digesting, not much being left inside the stomach itself. The man now long dead is no longer in a particularly solid state anymore.

Amazing internal view :) Really like how the graphic digestion is shown. Also the view of Ida's intestines in addition to her stomach is awesome.
