Miniguy and a type of robot called a “bioroid” (“A cybernetic or fully biological organism created by artificial means.“ AKA: an android made at least partially out of living tissue).
The Idea behind that is to develop a fluid with a high enough oxygen content that Humans can pull it out with their lungs. I think it is possible IRL already, but it's quite unreliable; human's will use up the oxygen quickly and it is mostly used for Deep-Sea exploration where the water pressure would crush your lungs.
