First and foremost, this was a commissions done by  ecchipandaa on their art slave stream that happened on August 15th.

And so, the three Elizabeths tried their best to fight against the stomach of the Pharaoh who had consumed them. Alas, even combined they failed to free themselves from the confines of Cleopatra. The three were promptly digested within an hour of being beaten and eaten. And at various intervals the Last Pharaoh belched out clouds of golden dust signifying the digestion of the three Countesses and their removal from the Throne of Heroes. After all, how could one remain in the Throne after suffering such a humiliating fate? So thus, Elizabeth Bathory was wiped from the Throne and nothing would restore her status.

On the other hand, there was a way in which she would remain.

“Oh you worthless girls…” Cleopatra seethed as her body had expanded from all of the fat acquired from her three meals. Her original outfit hadn’t been able to even contain her gains and thus she had been forced to switch into the actual outfit she wore in her own time as a human before she ascended as a Servant. But even that couldn’t contain the fat left behind by the Bathorys.

“This is just too much…” Cleopatra looked herself over and winced. Her backside, should she sit upon her throne, would probably get stuck in it. Her dress had burst from the sheer size of her belly, but managed to cover her boosted breasts. Alas, she was still in a predicament and none of her knights were around to be useful for her. Such worthless men, why did she even bother recruiting them? She supposed they were the best she could find even if there was only one man she could truly rely on…

“Oh Lord Caesar… what would you say if you say me in this compromised scenario… Would you even still look at me as you did all those years ago?”

“My darling Cleopatra, why do you despair? You’ve claimed the spoils of victory from those who tried to dethrone you and they’ve only made you more beautiful! Be not shameful, you’re still the most beautiful woman born the Nile and sands surrounding it!”

The imagined words of her husband would have more than restored her mood had a series of loud knocks not broken her concentration. Scowling, the Pharaoh walked over to the closed door and opened it up. Her eyes glaring upon the group clearly responsible, though she had no idea who any of them were aside from, was that Pharaoh Nitocris in the back?

“Um… excuse me, we were wondering if you happened to be tied to this pyramid and if you had seen a pink haired girl with horns and a tail,” asked the lavender haired girl with the shield. She stood between some girl with red hair and some green clad youth with blonde hair.

She maintained her scowl… but a thought crossed her mind that made her smirk at the group.

“Why yes, I am tied to this pyramid, it’s mine after all and so is everything attached to it,” Cleopatra said. “How about all of you step inside my chambers? I will gladly tell you all about the girl you’re looking for~”

Cleopatra, and the fat the three Elizabeth Bathorys are now, belongs to Type-Moon and DelightWorks.
