Probably a gift for her or of the like? It's not too far-fetched that this Carmeng Might have commissioned it and turned around and gifted it to her.
i hope so, it would make the most sense :p

Gianni allowed other people in her Discord server to commission artwork of her OC from other artists so long as the artist gave the proper credit. So I commissioned the piece from Canime and I think it came out exceptionally well.
