I am certain that 'someone' is having fun at least.

Really like a view you choose her. Gives you a chance to examine her body, position in stomach more and brings view on that pretty, surprised face.
I can imagine some sort of sea creatures (like a mermaid maaaaybe ?) startled tiny one... who knows, who knows (she does, maybe)
