Hey NB, glad to see this chapter up and ready. And boy this part was the longest yet. Mostly as it not just has more world building but also more interactions with the characters. Mostly with Wendy talking with Rosanne given how tense the two of them seem when talking. Wendy mostly due to her mind running very fast. That...and her sudden ability to hear from a distance. No doubt going to be a wrench for a bit in their developing relationship.

Though got to admit that the change in scenery helps too. Mostly as they entered the rainforest jungle that is also part of the dome. You described the jungle part of the area really well as well as describing the temperatures around the area. Not to mention...the spider woman's lair. It honestly gave me the creeps. Honestly chilling really. I could see how it would be the perfect place for a that creepy woman character.

Now onto the action as this was one of the first battles that was quick but also intense...and rather chilling. Especially with how the end result turned out for Roxanne, Tina, and Liz. No seriously the way with how that woman eats her victims. With how she acts and behaves, a spider fits rather perfectly. Not to mention scary too...I do hope that we get to hear her name soon given. Not to mention the fact that Roxanne was swallowed by her...before being threw back up.

Okay onto Wendy and how things turned out. Mostly with how clever she was with getting her new group with bathing in insect repellant when in reality it was really a type of poison. A poison that Wendy instantly came up with thanks to her super intelligence that was able to give her the means to create it. I hoped that it would be used further in the future for the next few chapters.

Lastly the last portion of this chapter really got me into it with both Roxanne's and Wendy's interactions. Especially with how pissed she was at Wendy for NOT telling the group about her plans and such. Roxy was especially physical with pulling on Wendy's shirt like that. Though I love how the two can be civil right before Wendy's shift. With how Wendy explains how Roxanne's new explosion power works given. No doubt it would be civil but no doubt shaky at best. I can't wait to see how Liz would drive Wendy up the wall. Something like that.

All in all you did a really good job with this one, NB. I'm being honest for when I say this helps bring me into a good mood after my long week's hard work. It's been crazy and this chapter brought up my mood. I could see now why you took long to write this up. Keep up the good work
