From the last pic, nanoha carried back a stuffed vivio and einhart back home. however nanoha went to bed to sleep when the girl wanted out. After nanoha woke up she realised she left them inside with the girls moving round inside to indicate to let them out. Nanoha tried to puke up the 2 girls but found it very difficult to do as not matter how hard she tried she could not get them out of her belly. Nanoha then tried to stick her finger into her mouth to throw them up and felt them coming up. After one big throw up which pushed her throat stretchiness to the limit she puked up the 2 girls. Nanoha found that even more difficult to do then swallowing the 2 stuffed girls as her chest was open for all the world to see. Nanoha then realised what happened after she saw the 2 girls. While einhart was digested but being covered in saliva, vivio told einhart to look at their bodies. So the amazement of all 3 females, vivio and einhart instead of being children were now buxom adults even though they weren't transformed. this was because the girls absorbed all the food in their bellies which made their bodies older and more buxom.

Well, they can magically age themselves up. So it probably didn’t take THAT long.

True normally but this wasn't magical transformation. they ate food and due to digestion the young ones turned into adults.
eating right and sleeping plenty makes kids grow up so fast

yep eaten small but due to digestion of their bellies it turned them into adults (permentaly maybe?)

I mean, She could have enjoyed their taste when she first ate them, but they could be taste even better on the way out, and they definitely sexy now, so she might not be able to resist to send them back to be a permanent edition. Probably could have worded that comment before better.
