Its a thing the Terror toad does the face of the prey he ate appeared on his belly. Prey's face likely looks scared cause they were eaten.

I don't have it planned, sentient belly fat or just the prey living on inside or as part of the pred is not my kinda thing. I prefer nature's way when it comes to how food is handled when it's swallowed. :)
