Getting Rid of a Problem (Dog Days) By No-One -- Report

After fighting a demon, Becky suddenly starts acting differently. What could be the matter?

Anyone remember Dog Days? Not exactly a very complex series, but I find it fun and enjoyable. I've been wanting to write something for this series, but had to struggle to come up with a way it could happen, because all these girls get along super-well.

Then I remembered that demons that possess and corrupt living beings are a thing in this universe, and voila.

Names in this series are a problem, because every single translation of the anime spelled them differently: some wildly so. In the end I went with the ones I'm most comfortable with. Also I didn't even try writing out the name of the world: I don't know what the best choice is for that one, so I just wrote around it instead.

Anyway, I hope you all can enjoy this! Please leave a comment and let me know what you think! :)

That was a nice story, I've always loved dog days as a sort of anime comfort food,
I kinda really like the idea at the ends with the combining stuff

Thanks!

Comfort food is probably a good way to describe it. Not deep, but enjoyable. An interesting world with a few twists, but still quite understandable. Super-flashy magic combat with giant beams of energy and explosions and colorful attacks flying everywhere. And a fair amount of fanservice while still not getting overtly sexual about it. The characters are good enough to be likeable. All in all, it's a fun watch that you can just put on and enjoy.

I've experimented in a couple of my stories with people gaining traits from their meals, but I wanted to try a full merging where both predator and prey become a single, new individual. The nature of this story made it seem like a good chance to try it out.
