Decided to get this as an alternate what-if scene for my "The Ultimate Eaters" sequence, taking place between parts 1 and 2.
In Part 02, it was implied that Aoi swallowed Sayaka orally. But here, it's showing what it would have looked like if Aoi devoured her with her bellybutton, instead.
