Milim while in tempest was getting bored because Rimuru wasn't there to play. The boredom then created hunger for Milim and wanted a meal but no one was around. While looking around Rimuru house, she saw an interesting paper with spell on it and wanted to try it out. Shuna and Shion then appeared with Milim getting the idea to use the spell on them which caused them to turn small enough to be hold in one hand. Milim grabbed them both and to settle her hunger she proceeded to shove them both into her mouth and slurp them up. Milim got both girls into her mouth and was prepared to swallow them but suddenly her cheeks exploded in size because the spell wore off, so shuna and shion returned to normal size. Although struggling Milim managed to keep them inside her mouth and with one big gulp send them both to her belly. Milim belly was now bigger than her own body to contain both girls which limited milim movement. However Milim enjoyed the belly because of her hunger is satisfied and the struggling the 2 kijin are doing inside. After a period of time, Milim digested both girls but due to the magical power the 2 contained it affected milim body which made her butt and boobs very big but also her body become older age wise as well, with her clothes barely covering her body now, but Milim enjoyed the body none the less.
