Well for what it's worth, it is still a really well-drawn sketch; it's very clear what we're looking at,the depth and perspective are well-done, and it manages to still evoke the aesthetic of the anime the title references with shapes alone. The animation is also very smooth and loops perfectly at its speed and framerate, though I can't tell if it's the fault of the animation itself or just optical illusion/cognitive bias that my eyes saw more speed or force in the extending/thrusting motion than the inward pulling motion.

I guess the rest to me boils down to a matter of personal preference; I personally prefer "cockpumping" as part of some greater action like cock vore, where each "pump" visibly draws the prey further and further down the urethra, or siphoning/attribute theft, where every "pump" represents a perceptible change in size and form in the entities on both "ends" of the cock, in favor of its owner, if not the cock itself. I guess since this didn't end up going in either of those directions, my brain didn't find this rapidly-thrusting penis as arousing as it could have, and thus had enough blood left in it to find it hilarious instead. Still, though, that says more about my sense of humor than the quality of your art and animation.

Tl,dr; Drawing is good, animation is smooth and loops fantastically, can't tell if it's your fault or mine that I saw this more as a rapid jabbing motion than a rapid inward pulling motion, but it's definitely on me for finding it more hilarious than hot, not that that's necessarily a bad thing.

The reason it doesmt seem much like it is because it was a loop done from boredom with no planning, and lazily put together. i could have drawn the prey being pulled with each pump, but i didmt because it wasnt a high-effort loop, it was just done because i felt like it and it came to my head
