The selection method is:
-First list candidates are given priority for selection
-If there is more candidates than available slots, I create a random number between 1 and 100 with this page : https://www.random.org
-I select the candidate who, in my candidate list, is at the corresponding place in alphabetical order
-If this candidate has not win before, and if he/she has applied for the current session, he/she is selected.
-I repeat until every slot has a winner.
So, who want to get a Quickie this time?

I'd really like to be present for the sessions even if the rule isn't there now. 2pm for you is 6am for me on my day off, so I should be able to make this.
