From "Mutant Rampage : Body Slam".

An elven looking mutant that appears in the game. Can't remember if she could shoot energy bolts or not, but I remember seeing her in game and thinking "maybe this lady would be better in a more magic fantasy setting instead of a post-apocalypse setting?"
