"Ahoy! Good hunter, turn back at once!"

Ho, this mawshot is amazing in this style, it is gorgeous! I love how it is pictured here, really beautiful and poetically curious depiction!

However, we do not need somebody's teeth, we need the broad smile on the captain's face once we meet them. And it might be difficult to meet them being inside somebody whois not their voracious "living sleeping bag/bodyguard officer". The opportunities are numerous…

It might be funny to return to the cell and check if the guard is still there. In case she is not, we check the door. It might be veeery goofy yet very convenient if the teeth actually belonged to her, she left the post, disabled the electricity in the sector so it might be easier for her to have a snack and thus left the door deactivated/wide open.

And in case she is there still doing her job, oh, how many funny opportunities the eye can see… Take one to tell her there is a criminal she might "apprehend" at the left vents exit not so far away. She goes away, we try the door, she might even return but be a little bit more "encumbered", which makes this comic more vore-inclusive while not wrapping it all up with a single nom which is the one Bright may get… Or if she was the schemer, but restores the electricity and mocks the hero once he arrives back there are more ways to negotiate, have laughs and fun and exploit the situation.

There are other options. Throwing a button Bright has into the maw, asking the maw "who they are?" or telling "you know you've got cavity?". Yet the one with retreating and then looking for more adventures sounds more creative and potential-having to me, so I personally say: "Return to the cell and check if the guard is still there".

Glad you like the drawing! It was a nice idea to experiment lighting on.

You come with some very good suggestions as well!

Exactly, and it was the best opportunity! It was "the best move possible", if we are to speak in terms of chess. This trick allows for concentrating the reader's attention on the maw, accenting its lines and restricting its color scheme, which makes it both more beautiful and spectacular, but somewhat less needy for too fancy details as well… I am getting too deep, sorry if I start grumbling, I tend to be extremely talkative.

Thank you for the compliment very much! It is pleasure to be useful, and if my wordy contributions seem really worthy to you, I am happy to know that! Thank you for your most kind feedback. >w<

I'm sure it's nothing. Even if that was the guard, maybe she's trying to smuggle you in her belly to help you escape, right? I'm sure that's all she's doing. Hehe...
