Honestly she should be happy that her life has meaning to it as food for a beautiful, majestic animal like an anaconda. That's really just about what meat like her is useful for

I think at this stage, she might even be a little disappointed it swallowed her whole and alive, rather than crushing her ribcage in its tight coils. Sure, she missed the embarrassment of having the shit figuratively, and literally squeezed out of her, in front of her colleagues. At least she was spared having everyone stare in horror at her bug-eyed purple face as the anaconda constricted her.
On the other hand, now she gets a long drawn out, lonely, dark, painful snuffing in an acrid stomach. And the video her colleagues took of the incident, entitled 'woman pisses herself as she's eaten alive by snake' will make the rounds on the internet, so the entire world will now get to see her pitiful flailing as the snake inhales her kicking, squirming, supple body.

I think she will have time to change her mind.
As for the acid ... I think she will get used to her new condition in a few weeks. And probably, having met so closely, almost becoming a part of the snake, she will be imbued with respect for this strong and beautiful creature, which allowed her to become food for him. It seems that she has a backpack, there probably is a flashlight and a phone, so she can record an amazing video and become even more famous all over the world when her things are found among her ... remains.
