I was going to say that this is volume 8 except the villains won, but... let's just say this this is the alternative end to volume 8 were the villains had a complete and total victory.
Penny was hacked and now works for Cinder.
Emerald gets her crushes approval
Neo gets a dead Ruby, even if she wasn't the one to do it
And Cinder got the only thing she's ever wanted...
I like to imagine that disposing of team RWBY in diapers was Cinder's idea. Penny had no choice in the matter, Neo was fine with it since it provided her with a chance to be smug, and Emerald is disgusted by the feeling of pooping her pants but she would do anything for her waifu Cinder.

Maybe, but what's a better? Eating both your enemies and dumping them into a diaper? OR, forcing one of your enemies to eat the other and dump them into a diaper against their will?
