Here's the fourth and final part of Hu Tao's ghost preg sequence!

Reaching absurdly big proportions, Hu Tao's belly simply can't stop growing even more massive. Soon enough she'll be rivaling most festility goddesses in terms of belly size alone. Despite being practically naked, her hat stays on.
