Videl sending the tyke back down after having had already swallowed Goten 20 minutes prior, looking forward to slowly digesting him alive! After all, her last name was Satan and her name was a rearrangement of the word devil.
Goten trying to call for help before being sent back down into the tract of his sister in law, unaware she was prepared to take a selfie of his defeat by her depravity. Her belly getting a brief relief from the load it was being expected to handle alongside the other foodstuff Videl had ingested prior to and after eating him initially.
Poor Trunks is about to lose his best friend, and Videl has no plans to revive him. She'd have to kill him again anyway to make sure he doesn't tell anyone.
Videl will have to worry later about how she'll keep face around her mother in law and boyfriend despite dissolving their loved one within her tummy.
She might want to consider deleting that footage.

Awesome stuff! Videl's belly is so big and bloated. She ate lots of stuff before Goten? Love her gluttony and her cruel sense of humor taking the selfie. Just wanna pinch her bulging cheeks.

Possible! That and/or the escape attempt I turned it into to justify why her belly is so massive when otherwise wouldn't make sense if was swallowing him the first time. Which still could be.
I think you can agree... she'd enjoy his muffled screams of pain and terror, calling for his moms help. Chichi unable to hear it even if she was less than 20 feet away.
I imagine Goten just came at the wrong time, or this was pre-meditated murder, and she wanted to degrade him with foodstuff. Nothing says your food by raining food down on you and forcing you to stew among the rest of the digestive slurry brewing.
Whether or not he sees or even notices it, I love how she taunts the child with the victory sign.

Videl has a great mindset. To burry the child in her stewing digesting food. I suppose his cries for help will be overshadowed by the noises of her belly digesting too.

I can imagine she'd love seeing his pitiful imprints he'd make with his hands, feet, face, or any part of his body.
Even if she doesn't hear... she can just imagine the noises he'd make and his tears... filling her with sadistic glee.
Can see her humming or even singing a lullaby of sorts to him, maybe even coming up with morbid lyrics. Likely just humming tho as don't want to risk Piccolo hearing, less she keeps it vague enough to not make it obvious she's killing a human being for sick kicks.
Or maybe they were playing superhero and Goten learns the hardway what Saiyawoman's chosen method of punishment is when she works alone and has days to churn away in peace.
I can imagine Chichi doting on her indigestion and bloating too if around, oblivious to the cause... or worried bout her the next day or so... I mean, Videl must be sick right? She's been pooping for 2 hours.
Sick in the head anyway.

The lullaby sounds so sweet and dark at the same time. Her humming to his demise. I'm sure Videl would get gas and indigestion from digesting a saiyan. She'd probably loudly burp at the dinner table Goten's last breaths of air.

She'd get it from digesting anyone. He might be a hybrid, but he's still just a sack of meat at the end.
And Chichi has no idea her missing son is indeed at the table? Albeit it more under it. Sudden random thumps underneath it as he struggles that Videl has to explain away and claim to be nervous or Chichi tries to call him nerves for being alone with her mother in law.
Lullaby during/post digestion is great to me, such affectionate cruelty, whether or not the pred realizes the cruel undertone to it.
Videl just hopes she's no where near Chichi when Goten... expires. She'd smirk in such a sinister creepy way I'd imagine... proud of herself for slaying this kid.
Regardless, Goten is going to have his remaining hours or so get progressively more hellish.
I don't think Goten would want to make a lil ki ball to see inside there... Don't think he'd want to see how burned his skin is getting...
Think we can agree, he'd have more pressing concerns at that point, convulsing stomach walls. The flash of the smartphone camera and the dim light of the bathroom are the last bits of light he ever sees with his own eyes.
