Well, at this point, not everyone is unaware of Mayternity and some of them ain't really surprised by it.
They can actually deal with it pretty well.
Case in point; Miles and Amy. They deal with plenty of supernatural stuff. I doubt a fake pregnancy scare is gonna do much to them. Too bad for Ess this time around!
