Pekora, after her journey through Okayu, is trying to clean herself up but does not look where she is walking while wiping off her face. This leads to her stepping of the ledge and falling towards a tired and yawning Mio not even aware of her presence. With a quick fall and a fast shoot down her gullet both are surprised that Pekora has found herself as nothing more than a snack again. Even when they aren't trying to eat her, she can't escape it.

Korone and Okayu attacked knowingly, but i wonder how Mio will react when Pekora pops out?
Nice overall, but shame there's no inside shot of Pekora from once she reaches Mio's tummy

Haha, yeah you would think after the first two times she would be a bit more cautious. And at lest Mio should be able figure it out once she hears Pekora yelling at her from within. And yeah sorry, no tummy shot this time, wanted to mix it up across the series, good news though, might be another tummy shot in the future.

Fair enough, some variety helps.
A more technical criticism of the art (though I suppose this is more for MementoMori than you): The walls of Mio's room seem to just cut off suddenly without any clear ledge, so it looks like Pekora was already walking on air before she tripped and fell.
