来留主(くるす)家にホームステイ中のハーピー「パピ」の元へ訪ねてきた母親。
ガングロに金髪という、娘と正反対の姿をしているが、れっきとしたパピの実母である。
彼女は手違いで来留主家に郵送した品を受け取る為に訪ねて来たのだが、母親の姿を見たパピは、彼女が自分を実家に連れ戻しに来たものと勘違いし、母親を追い返そうと激しく抵抗する。
母娘共にトリ頭ゆえに、互いの言い分を聞かないまま、熾烈な戦いへと発展する。
結果は母親の圧勝であった。
事情を知ったパピの母親は、頭に血が上った娘を大人しくさせる為、強引に胎内へと押し込むと、分厚い卵殻に包まれた姿で産み直し、来留主家を後にするのであった。

My best translation attempt, using Google Translate, yandex.com, and jisho.org:

Papi, the harpy who is staying in the Kurusu household, has been unexpectedly visited by her mother.
Her mother is blonde, extremely tan, and wears heavy makeup, looking nothing like her daughter, but she really is Papi's mom.
She only came over to pick up a "sensitive item" that she'd mailed to the household by mistake, but when Papi saw her, she assumed that her mother had come to bring her back home. Due to this misunderstanding, she violently resists and tries to drive her mother away.
Both mother and daughter are birdbrains, so instead of being resolved with a simple explanation, the conflict quickly escalates into a fierce battle for dominance.
The result: a crushing victory for Papi's mother.
Now more aware of the situation, Papi's mother forces her enraged daughter into her womb to cool off, wrapping her in a thick eggshell. After laying her daughter for the second time, she departs from the homestay.
