Anoto belongs to me.

This was a birthday gift. I love how it turned out and glad to finally have a full art of this form for her.

So this is Anoto when she releases her full power. The blue highlights in her hair and on her ears and tail basically spread to the rest of her hair and fur. She gains a massive speed increase going from supersonic, which is her normal max speed, all the way to hypersonic. She also gets a strength increase. Normally she can lift about 4 tons but in this form she can lift about 8. She also Gains a massive boost to her ice powers. The very ground around her feet frosts over and the air crackles from the freezing cold coming off her body. Even touching her skin can give you cold burns or frostbite if she doesn't remove that effect before skin to skin contact. Her personality also takes a shift. Normally she is kind of playful and sadistic. However when in Ice bitch mode she is far more serious, cold and will go straight for the kill most of the time. There are times when this is not true like if she is having fun while in this form.
