Every once and a while Penny feels the need to get out of her house and get around. Normally that being the shore where there are food vendors aplenty. Apparently one of the vendors added a little something extra to her slice of pizza and her stomach is not happy about it.

Depends how upset her stomach is, they might be able to get past her stomach before the acids kick in, or they might get digested before they get the chance. I’ll leave it up to you though since I like viewer interpretation :p
