My take on a Ghost Type Eeveelution! The soul guide, protector of trainer souls to the afterlife instead of feeding on souls like many other ghost pokemon! If your max affection Eevee faints and you level him up, you get this one!

So you have to give him a candy? Or is it anytime that the eevee faints? And that being the base line Eevee?
