Currently running my D&D players through Tomb of Annihilation, and I must say the evil lich Acererak gets me going.

Creating cruel dungeons with the promise of glory to lure cocky adventurers in, only to humiliate and defeat them in painful gruesome ways... and the best part is stealing their soul to digest and fuel your eons of evil...

Mm hell yes, love some good soul draining, especially if the incorporeal victim is still aware after getting succed, knowing he's going to spent the rest of eternity in unfathomable agony and that nobody is coming to save him

I'm scared and horny/curious to hear about potential bad ends you have in mind. I'd play have to hope your a fair dm. if not? I can enjoy the bad end.
