A new set of rules at the Hulbury Gym allows Nessa to reap the delightful consequences of a horde of novice trainers hoping to get an early win against the Water-type leader. Things probably won't go quite as the challengers imagined...
This story is based on an animation done by the gifted AbsoluteVL, who I've had the pleasure of talking to over the last little bit. They're one of my favorite artists and animators on this site, and that's such a rare combination. Hoo boy, was this Nessa animation excellent to watch. It's absolutely worth checking out, as well as their many other works!

That being said, I was delighted to get the opportunity to work with them, so I hope you enjoy this sort of duo effort! Their piece is much more extensive, though, so I have to give them credit where it's due - my story is sort of an accompaniment, if you will.

I actually thought it'd have disposal due to the title, but it was a nice read regardless! Hope to see more Pokémon stuff again stuff enough~
