Everyone, this is Doctor Darla, one of Bürbrück's most successful pediatricians. She is well-known and well-liked among her patients, for Darla has endless compassion and an infectious charm. When children enter Bright Horizons, they know they're in good hands, for Doctor Darla listens better than their own parents. Sure, it stinks to wear paper gowns and no one likes getting booster shots, but when Doctor Darla smiles, it hardly hurt at all.

Plus, the lollipops at the end of each visit taste great! They come in so many wonderful flavors such as cherry, grape, lemon, cherry, strawberry, green apple, cherry, watermelon, Mystery Flavor, and cherry. What a treat!

And if someone notices any similarities between Doctor Darla and Mistress Sicarius from the Carmine Elysian, then that's all one big coincidence. Sure, they're both Archanatraxes, but that's where the similarities end. They're polar opposites in personality, demeanor, and waist size! Besides, would the Mistress ever be caught dead wearing glasses? Perish the thought!

Yes, they're totally different people and the fact that Archanatraxes have shapeshifting powers is a meaningless detail. Don't look into it, or else Doctor Darla will need a word with you in the hallway. Surely Little Tommy or Suzy won't notice if her parent disappears for an hour while Doctor Darla 'educates' them on proper office etiquette! After all, there's always other kids to meet in the Waiting Room and games to play.

So, yes, Doctor Darla is the identity that Mistress Sicarius uses during the daytime, while at night, she plays the role of the Mistress. Her full name is Darla V. Sicarius, and she's gone to great pains to separate her dominatrix lifestyle from her professional life. I mean, how would you feel if you learned your child's doctor wore tight corsets after hours and was paid money to seduce, pleasure, and devour people? Would you let that person near your child, even if she'd never hurt them?

... that said, Darla's secret identity isn't foolproof. She cannot change her species, and her more lewd side leaks out sometimes. I mean, who wears a black thong in a doctor's office, seriously? And Darla can get.. flirty with her patients' parents. Just makes her more popular as a doctor, I guess!
