I have never done anything in Blender before. But recently Mr.X released a good looking Mt lady model for Blender. So I decided to give Blender a shot and this is what I did. Its not perfect, but I am happy with how it turned out.

As of right now no. I've barely used Blender. I may try something simple in the future. If I decide to use Blender more.

Im' sure you will get the hang of it quickly. I used it a bit during university. It's a pretty intuitive program.
