it's a report on people's unique life styles who live in Andromeda world.
in Andromeda, what a woman put a man in her uterus without permission is an illegal act.
although there's a law against such act, only a few men could be saved by that law.

(please start reading from right to left panel because it is adopt Japanese manga style.)

Yikes; that's a fairly harsh punishment, albeit a justified one. Gives me a bit more faith in the people of the world you've created.

Agreed. This world really gained some uncorrupt and competent authority

I am legitimately impressed he survived for that long.

It was unbirth so he was "safe" in there, though that's only by strict definition of the word.

I was allows curious about men being forced into a woman in your world since "Sweet Passenger" and if there was laws against it. Glad to have more info now. And ouch, is she even sedated or numbed, or is it like a punishment for her to feel the pain of the operation as a consequence for imprisoning the innocent man?

of course, she is anesthetized and felt no pain.
although I don't know whether she can wake up or not later.

They bond in the uterus, right? So this operation would have basically felt like having a part of your mind being carved out. Even if the woman didn't feel anything or there is no negative consequence from her actions, that would be mentally taxing on the woman, even if she was deluded enough to think that the Man would grow to accept her.

exactly! his decision was a great shock to her.

Don’t treat boys like a collection or you’ll suffer a C-Section.

I'd wonder if there's an alternative "happy/stay" ending, but as a potential danger of if it becomes too 'deep' of a relationship. (IE: If absorbed by uterus, willingly?)

I think the usual ending is a "staying" ending, and i doubt there is some kind of absorption/fatal ending, his works do not show something like that.

I would also expect that a guy who was unbirthed without his permission could also sue the person who did it.

Could there be a story explaining how women move on from this traumatic experience
