Okay. I had like; a brilliant, stunning idea. A fae hook with payday loans serving as the mystical bait. But alas, I escalated that idea into a trilogy of potential stories along the lines of “fading away”, before I struggled to write past the first stage of a Fairy Loan Shark. It would have had existence and a take on soul vore, to spiritual repossession. But it went nowhere, really...

When I got a (potential) freebie given/offered. Fae trade, one can say for persistent commissions.

Naturally, being the good hearted soul I am, I can't accept freebies that well. So instead, we get a different point of view over another a-economical migraine; employment offers! Along with a speculated idea on a hypothetical backstory for the OC Mark, for the purposes of this story.

So, bar the nice thought experiment of what’s more ‘accurate’? A Picture, or a story… Thank  Mark45 for giving me an excuse to cut it back to one draft, ‘pilot’ wise. And if nothing else, it’d at least help me lay foundations, to a ‘corner shop’ that’s more predatory than it appears...

And to a rough of the top of my head disclaimer on fairies. To a certain point of view, I can wax lyrics; I view this fairy shopkeeper as an “economic predator”. Give or take by glanced experience, that may in truth be a bit of a turnoff for some. So, there’s that warning out of the way, among other at leasts, or disclaimers pertaining to faery deals and bargains...
