This is Aunt Posey
She was mentioned a little while back when Kelly was calling in to work for Kuhntee.
She's not actually an aunt or Kuhntee's sister.
She's a doppelgänger from an alternate universe who appears whenever Kuhntee "dies" due to a curse that ties them together.
The "Aunt" comes from the fact that she looks related to Kuhntee, and they were originally afraid Patchy would feel bad if his father suddenly went missing one day.
