Just another pic of the lady.
She's got a few different looks.
She likes to wear a lot of wigs for different hairstyles.
Of course the one thing that almost never changes is that belly~
That almost never goes away when the souls of everyone you've ever ate is still in there.
It's just a thing among her, Kuhntee and Patchy.
They have a major habit of eating ghosts and souls, and then keeping them for long periods of time.
Patchy is the only one that seems to ever let them go, so you'll often see them looking a little thinner than usual.
Posey tho. Her weight is just something she's unable to ever work off. That is, unless she feels like giving up the thousands of spirits and souls she has floating around in her. She loves the way she looks too much to allow that~

Has she ever showed Patchy what kind of souls are in her stomach at any point of time during their life at all?

Not really, but I don't doubt that Patchy has spent time in her belly from time to time.
It's the same case with his own stomach and Kuhntee's.
The ghosts and souls are much deeper than the digestive system and kept within a pocket dimension, out of sight.
