She is a character named "Tasuku Kuroi" from a comic book called "Killing Bites".
She was injected with the genes of the Tasmanian Devil and has the ability to transform half of her body into a beast.

There is no such battle in the main work, but it was drawn this way by a request that came to me.

「獣闘士(Brute)」とは、数々の私闘(Audition)を勝ち抜き、力を証明した猛者達を指す言葉である。
遺伝子改造により獣化能力を得た人間……「獣人(Therianthrope)」と呼ばれる彼らは、高い戦闘力と回復力に加え、元となった生物の身体的な特徴を具現化する「獣化(beastification)」が可能である。そんな「獣闘士(Brute)」達が、自らの能力を武器に血で血を洗う熾烈な闘いを繰り広げる力の祭典……それが「牙闘(Killing Bites)」である。」
