She is a character named "Tasuku Kuroi" from a comic book called "Killing Bites".
She was injected with the genes of the Tasmanian Devil and has the ability to transform half of her body into a beast.

Eaten by her is the character "Ui Inaba", who has the ability to become a rabbit. She is not strong by any means, but she was lucky enough to survive long enough in the harshest of battles.

遺伝子改造により獣化能力を得た人間……「獣人(Therianthrope)」と呼ばれる彼らは、高い戦闘力と回復力に加え、元となった生物の身体的な特徴を具現化する「獣化(beastification)」が可能である。そんな「獣闘士(Brute)」達が、自らの能力を武器に血で血を洗う熾烈な闘いを繰り広げる力の祭典……それが「牙闘(Killing Bites)」である。」
