She really doesn't mind, you're not that heavy and she can work just fine with this big belly. Just don't complain if you end up a lab ASSistant like this!
This drawing started with my simple desire to draw this shirt of hers stretched around a big belly. The rest around it just happened after. Kind of just a doodle that turned into a full-on drawing over time.

NICE. REALLY NICE. I reallh like 21's human form more than her Buu form honestly. Seeing people giving her a big belly in this form is good.

I know that her Buu form is the most appealing and let much more options for vore, but YES her human more is too underrated and needs more attention, and more food too. And no, thanks to YOU, for giving this form the appreciation she deserves.

I can just imagine good buu having a bit of unsure thoughts about this but still ok in the end because willing and science. Hell who knows? Maybe he wished to be reformable.

I wouldn’t mind any of this at all. Probably snug, comfy, and warm. And she’s strong so I’d feel extra safe in there.
