She is Ravi Apocalipse from the cell phone video game Epic7.

The artist is @VoicedBarley on pixiv, and he doesn't do vore, he specializes in furrys =V

I'll upload some of his other designs here that I commissioned from him, I have his permission to upload them pro if you ask him.
