Here's an old idea I did once, but I wanted to redo for a while now with cleaner lines and brighter colors. So Himiko Toga is obsessed with Izuku Midoriya after numerous encounters with the heroic young man. Of course, in Toga's twisted mind, the best way to express her affection is to cut and stab the people she likes so she can watch them bleed. This is likely connected to her quirk, which allows her to change into people after drinking their blood. She expresses that she not only wants to be like the people she admires, but she wants to actually be those people, which in her case, she can. Now Toga's motivations can seem muddled because it's unclear whether or not she would actually want to kill Midoriya, since that would remove the person she admires completely and she likely understands that all she can do is imitate and without an endless supply of their blood, that will only last for so long.
So after thinking it over for a while and continuously stalking Midoriya, Toga observes a peculiar UA event just introduced wherein the girls all attempt to swallow a boy with their belly buttons and after absorbing them temporarily, wear their images on their stomachs to a party. This gives her the idea that if she can capture Izuku, then she might be able to keep him inside of her, not merely as a supply of blood, but just to have him around and to see his adorable beat up face whenever she likes. From there it really was just a matter of disguising herself as Ochako, getting Izuku into a compromising position by kissing him full on the lips and then stuffing him into her belly button before he could recover from his shock.
