I'm not a great artist, but draw every day, and don't be afraid to use references.

funny thing is , with pen and paper I'm decent, but digital is new

This is a brilliant start, man ! Looks like the beginning to a very unique style. What I would suggest is experimenting with layers a tad to make sure that she doesn't clip into the background, otherwise, your anatomy is strong and this is really exciting to see !
