It seems Shion was trying to have a night out with Gura when her spell teleported them to the wrong place. Lucky for them, Aqua was there to catch them... err... her stomach was at least, since Aqua's probably dying inside at the realization that someone who isn't Shion is nearby.
I figured Gura and Shion would work as suitable prey for this one due to their recent interactions.

SameGarlic soup? Good thing Aqua was exactly where she was and not a little to the side. Admittedly I've been too busy to keep up with Hololive lately, what antics have Gura and Shion gotten up to?
Wellll... Gura doesn't KNOW she's inside Aqua, she might as well be deep inside mars for all she knows, so as long as Shion doesn't slip and and tell her what just happened Aqua doesn't need to worry about the "someone who isn't Shion is nearby" thing. Maybe.

To explain the Shion and Gura antics:
Gura had messaged with Shion a long time ago as the two essentially became friends without ever collaborating. Recently, they actually streamed together and had a great time. There was a little flirting and they "got married" during it, so that's a popular ship/topic right now in the Hololive community since Shion refers to Gura as her wife now.
